Description

- Does not modify the Clopidogrel-mediated inhibition of ADP-induced platelet aggregation
- Contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to the drug substance or any component, and active pathological bleeding
- Generally well tolerated
- Suitable for use during first and second trimesters of pregnancy if clearly needed
- Unknown whether Clopidogrel is excreted in human breast milk
- May prolong bleeding time
- Not recommended for children under 12 years
- May lead to bleeding complications in case of overdose
