Esobest 40 mg/vial Injection is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to relieve chronic heartburn, heal erosive esophagitis, eradicate Helicobacter pylori infection, treat Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome, and manage acid-related dyspepsia, duodenal & gastric ulcers.

- 20-80 mg once daily for Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
- 20-40 mg once daily for acid-related dyspepsia
- 20 mg once daily for 2-4 weeks for duodenal ulcer
- 20-40 mg once daily for 4-8 weeks for gastric ulcer
- IV injection or infusion for specific conditions and age groups
- Special dosing for risk reduction of rebleeding of gastric or duodenal ulcers following therapeutic endoscopy in adults
- Administration:
- Tablet or capsule should be swallowed whole
- Oral suspension administration instructions

- Metabolized by CYP2C19 and CYP3A4
