Indications

  • Treatment of partial-onset seizures with or without secondary generalization in adults and adolescents
  • Adjunctive therapy for various types of seizures in adults, adolescents, children, and infants

Description

  • Minimal activity in submaximal stimulation and threshold tests
  • Inhibition of burst firing without affecting normal neuronal excitability
  • Selective prevention of hyper synchronization of epileptiform burst firing

Administration

Interaction
