Composition
- Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg
- Nicotinamide BP 20 mg
- Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 27.45 mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg

Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 2-3 times daily or as recommended
- Children dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 1-3 times daily or as recommended
- Infants dosage: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 1-2 times daily or as recommended
- Adults & Children over 30 kg tablet dosage: 1-2 tablets 2-3 times daily or as recommended
Interaction
- Decreases absorption and serum levels of tetracyclines
- May decrease absorption of some fluroquinolones
- May result in myopathy and rhabdomyolysis with Niacin and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors
- Reduces levodopa's effectiveness
- May decrease serum levels of phenytoin when co-administered
