Dosage
- 100mg & 200mg preparation

- Specific dosages for different fungal diseases such as vulvovaginal candidiasis, pityriasis versicolor, tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, tinea manuum, oropharyngeal candidiasis, onychomycosis, aspergillosis, candidiasis, non-meningeal cryptococcosis, cryptococcal meningitis, histoplasmosis, maintenance in AIDS, and prophylaxis in neutropenia
Interaction
- Concurrent use of terfenadine, astemizole, cisapride, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, oral midazolam, or triazolam should be avoided
- Interactions observed with rifampin, phenytoin, phenobarbital, digoxin, and calcium channel blockers
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to the drug or any ingredient
- Severe hepatic disease
- Concurrent use with rifampin
