Indications
- Topical treatment of inflammatory dermal infections like Tinea pedis, Tinea cruris, Tinea corporis
Pharmacology
- Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent
- Inhibition of ergosterol synthesis
- Betamethasone dipropionate is a corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties
Dosage & Administration
- Apply onto affected and surrounding skin areas twice a day
- 2 weeks for tinea cruris and tinea corporis
- 4 weeks for tinea pedis
- Not recommended for longer than 4 weeks
- Not established for children below 12 years
