Indications

  • Acute and delayed nausea and vomiting
  • Uncontrolled nausea and vomiting
  • Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV)

Dosage & Administration

  • Adult tablet dosage: 0.5 mg daily
  • Adult IV dosage: 0.075 mg over 10 seconds

  • Children dosage: 20 mcg/kg body weight

  • Safety with corticosteroids and analgesics
  • No inhibition of antitumor activity
