Dosage
- 500 mg once daily orally for 3 days

- 500 mg intravenous dose for adult patients with community-acquired pneumonia
- 500 mg intravenous dose for adult patients with pelvic inflammatory disease
- Safety and effectiveness not established for children or adolescents under 16 years
Administration
- Oral administration
- Reconstitution procedure for suspension
- Should be taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meal
