Dosage & Administration
- Tablet: 1-2 tablets thrice daily
- Maintenance dose of 1 tablet thrice daily
- IM Injection: Daily dose of 20-40 mg
- IV Infusion: Starting dose of 20 mg in slow drip infusion
- IV Infusion: Dose can be increased to 1 mg/kg body weight
- Treatment duration of 10-14 days
Interaction
- Chemically incompatible with heparin
