    • 25-35 kg: 187.5mg/day up to 6 weeks
    • >35 kg: 250mg/day up to 6 weeks
  • Terbinafine cream: Applied once or twice daily as per indication
  • Terbinafine 1% Spray: Applied once or twice daily depending on the indication
