- 200 mg tablet for elderly
- 400 mg tablet for adults
- 10 ml syrup for children above 12 years
- 6-9 mg/kg body weight for children aged 6-12 years
- Special release (SR) tablet for specific dosages
Interaction
- Avoid concurrent administration with xanthine preparations
- Limit consumption of caffeine-containing beverages and food
- Exercise caution with sympathomimetic drugs
- Potential interactions with several drugs like erythromycin, TAO, lincomycin, etc.
- Possible increase in dosage with concurrent use of phenytoin, other anticonvulsants, or cigarette smoking
