Indications
- Allergic rhino conjunctivitis (seasonal and perennial)
- Urticaria

Pharmacology
- Potent histamine antagonist
- Selective & high affinity to H1 receptor
- Non-sedating
- Long-acting
Dosage & Administration
- 20 mg tablet once daily for adults & adolescents
- 10 mg mouth dissolving tablet for children between 6 to 11 years
- 4 ml once daily for children between 2 to 11 years
Interaction
- Concomitant use with ketoconazole, erythromycin, cyclosporine or diltiazem increases concentration of Byloza
- No potentiation of depressant CNS effects of lorazepam with 20 mg Byloza intake
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients of the tablet
