Dosage
- 0.2 ml pre-filled syringe contains 20 mg Enoxaparin Sodium
- 0.4 ml pre-filled syringe contains 40 mg Enoxaparin Sodium
- 0.6 ml pre-filled syringe contains 60 mg Enoxaparin Sodium
- 0.8 ml pre-filled syringe contains 80 mg Enoxaparin Sodium
Indications
- Deep vein thrombosis treatment
- Unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction treatment
- Prevention of thrombus formation during hemodialysis
- Prophylaxis of venous thromboembolic disease

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to Enoxaparin Sodium or heparin
- Active major bleeding
- High risk of uncontrolled hemorrhage

- Skin rash at injection sites
- Neuraxial hematomas with spinal anesthesia

Precautions & Warnings
- Deep subcutaneous injection
- Do not administer by intramuscular route
