Dosage and administration
- 40000 IU once weekly for Vitamin D3 deficiency in adults
- 20000 IU every 4 weeks for prevention of Vitamin D3 deficiency in adults
- 1000 IU (1-2 tablets) daily for film-coated tablet
- 1000-2000 IU daily for oroflash or chewable tablets
- 400 IU/day for infants with risk of Cholecalciferol deficiency

Precautions and warnings
- Monitoring plasma-calcium concentration
- Consultation required for patients using Digoxin and Thiazide Diuretics
- Consultation required for patients with liver or kidney disease, primary hyperthyroidism, lymphoma, tuberculosis, and granulomatous disease
