Dosage & Administration

500 mg Calcium and 200 IU Vitamin D3 Tablet - 2 tablets daily or 1 tablet twice daily
500 mg Calcium and 400 IU Vitamin D3 Tablet - 1 tablet twice daily
Best taken with or just after a meal
