- Regab is indicated for neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 1 month of age and older, fibromyalgia, and neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury.

- Common in adults: dizziness, somnolence, dry mouth, edema, blurred vision, weight gain, difficulty with concentration/attention
- Common in pediatric patients: increased weight, increased appetite
Pregnancy lactation
- Potential risk to fetus
- Small amounts detected in the milk of lactating women
- Breastfeeding not recommended
Precautions warnings
- Angioedema may occur and require immediate discontinuation
- Increased risk of suicidal thoughts or behavior
- Respiratory depression may occur with concomitant CNS depressants
- May cause dizziness, somnolence, impaired ability to drive or operate machinery
- Caution required when coadministering with certain antidiabetic agents

- Safety and effectiveness not established in pediatric patients for certain indications

- Signs and symptoms: reduced consciousness, depression/anxiety, confusional state, agitation, restlessness, seizures, heart block
