Interaction
- Potential drug interactions
- Increased plasma concentrations of lithium and digoxin
- Increased risk of hemorrhage with anticoagulant therapy
- No influence on antidiabetic agents
- Potential nephrotoxicity with cyclosporin
- Serious toxicity with methotrexate
- Potential convulsions with quinolone antimicrobials
- Increased frequency of unwanted effects with other NSAIDs and steroids
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product
- Peptic ulcer
- Hypersensitivity to Diclofenac or other NSAIDs
- Contra-indicated in asthmatic patients with certain reactions to other drugs
