Dosage

30 mg Once daily for Maintenance of Healed Erosive Esophagitis and relief of heartburn
30 mg Once daily for Symptomatic Non-Erosive GERD for 4 weeks
60 mg Once daily for Healing of Erosive Esophagitis

Administration

Can be taken without regard to food
Swallowed whole or administered as intact granules
Granules should not be chewed
Missed doses handling instructions

Interaction

Interactions with Atazanavir, Warfarin, Tacrolimus, Clopidogrel, and Methotrexate

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation
