Indications

Pharmacology
- Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory prodrug (NSAID)

Dosage & Administration
- Instill 1 drop for post-operative pain & inflammation 3 times daily
- Instill 1 drop for surgery induced miosis 3 times daily
- Instill 1 drop for prevention of post-operative CME 3 times daily
- Additional drop 30 to 120 minutes prior to surgery (0.3% Suspension)
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to ingredients
- Hypersensitivity to other NSAIDs
Side Effects
- Foreign body sensation
- Lid margin crusting
- Ocular discomfort
- Ocular hyperemia
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Use in pregnancy with caution
- Potential risk to the fetus
- Caution in lactation
- Unknown excretion in human milk
Precautions & Warnings
- Caution in patients with bleeding tendencies
- Caution with medications prolonging bleeding time
Use in Special Populations
- Safety and effectiveness not established in pediatric patients below 18 years of age
- No overall differences in safety or effectiveness observed between elderly and younger patients
