Indications

Dosage & Administration
- Oral route of administration
- Usual initial dose of 2.5 mg once daily
- Maximum dose of 5 mg once daily

Interaction
- CYP3A inhibitors affect systemic exposure
- Co-administration with simvastatin and immunosuppressants

Contraindications
