Dosage

  • 60-120 mg for Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome

Administration

  • Take tablets in the morning before eating

Interaction

  • May interact with compounds dependent on gastric pH
  • Potential decrease in antifungal plasma levels with ketoconazole or itraconazole
  • No interaction with liquid antacids

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients
