  • Caution in recent myocardial infarction
  • Association with somnolence and sudden sleep onset
  • Risk of involuntary movements and mental disturbances
  • Observation for development of depression or psychoses
  • Monitoring for impulse control disorders

  • Not recommended for patients below the age of 18
