Description
Loplate Plus is indicated for reducing the rate of Myocardial Infarction (MI) and Stroke in patients with non-ST-segment elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) and acute ST-segment elevation ACS. It inhibits platelet activation and aggregation through irreversible binding, and is administered orally at a recommended 75 mg once daily dose. It interacts with drugs such as Aspirin and Heparin, and is contraindicated in cases of active pathological bleeding. The therapeutic class is Anti-platelet drugs.
