Dosage & Administration

  • Adults & adolescents (12 years of age and over): 20 mg tablet once daily

  • Take with water on an empty stomach for optimal exposure

Interactions

  • Concomitant use with ketoconazole, erythromycin, cyclosporine, or diltiazem increases concentration
  • No potentiation of CNS effects with lorazepam
  • Impact of alcohol intake on psychomotor performance
