Indications

Composition
- Gualfonosln BP 100 mg
- Levomenthol BP 1.1 mg
- Diphenhydramine Hydrochlorldo BP 14 mg
Pharmacology
- Guaifenesin as an expectorant
- Levomenthol as a local anesthetic and decongestant
- Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride as antitussive, antihistaminic, anticholinergic
Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 2 teaspoonfuls syrup 4 times a day
- Maximum adult dosage: 8 teaspoonful syrup in 24 hours
- Pediatric efficacy and safety not established
Interaction
- Potentiation of effects with alcohol and CNS depressants
- Potentiation of anticholinergic effects with other medications
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the product or components
- Recent treatment with MAOIs
