Dosage and Administration

  • Tablet: 160mg/day for breast cancer
  • Tablet: 40-320mg/day for endometrial carcinoma
  • At least 2 months of continuous treatment recommended for determining efficacy
  • Oral Suspension: Initial dosage 800mg/day (20ml/day)

  • Close surveillance for patients treated for recurrent or metastatic cancer

Overdose Effects

  • No serious unexpected side effects from studies involving dosages up to 1600mg/day
