Dosage and Administration
- Tablet: 160mg/day for breast cancer
- Tablet: 40-320mg/day for endometrial carcinoma
- At least 2 months of continuous treatment recommended for determining efficacy
- Oral Suspension: Initial dosage 800mg/day (20ml/day)
