Dosage Administration

- No reduction in dosage for elderly unless renal failure
Drug Interactions
- Incompatible with penicillins
- Antagonistic interaction with thrombolytic drugs

Precautions Warnings
- Use in hyperfibrinolysis cases

- Prolong therapy of hemorrhages even after manifestations disappear
- Reduce doses in hematuria to prevent clot formation in urinary tract
- Avoid in serious renal insufficiency or anuric syndromes
- Use with caution in renal dysfunctions
- Particular care in cardiopathic and hepatopathic subjects
