Dosage Administration

  • No reduction in dosage for elderly unless renal failure

Drug Interactions

  • Avoid in serious renal insufficiency or anuric syndromes
  • Use with caution in renal dysfunctions
  • Particular care in cardiopathic and hepatopathic subjects
