Interaction
- Not to be combined with other β-blocking agents
- Catecholamine-depleting drugs monitoring
- Exacerbation of rebound hypertension with clonidine withdrawal
- Use with care when myocardial depressants or inhibitors of A-V conduction are used concurrently
- Combined use with calcium channel blockers with negative inotropic effects caution
