Description

Indications
- Treats dermatomycoses due to dermatophytes, yeasts, moulds, and bacteria
- Effective for interdigital mycoses, paronychias, skin folds infections
- Treats Candida vulvitis, Candida balanitis, Pityriasis versicolor, erythrasma
Pharmacology
- Damages permeability barrier in fungal cell membrane
- Inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis
- Interferes with cell membrane construction
- Inhibits lanosterol 14-demethylase (CYP51)
- Inhibits calcium-related cellular processes
Dosage and administration
- Cream to be thinly applied 2-3 times daily
- Small amount sufficient for palm-sized area
