Dosage Recommendations
- 30 mg daily for OA
- 90 mg daily for RA and Ankylosing spondylitis
- 120 mg daily for Acute gouty arthritis

Interactions
- Increase in prothrombin time with oral anticoagulants
- Reduced effect of diuretics and ACE inhibitors
- Concomitant use with low-dose acetylsalicylic acid
- Potential nephrotoxic effect with ciclosporin and tacrolimus
- Increased lithium plasma levels with lithium
Contraindications

Pregnancy & Lactation
- Not recommended during conception
- Excreted in rat milk, avoid breastfeeding
