Pharmacology
- Contains Besifloxacin
- 8-chloro fluoroquinolone with N-1 cydopropyl group
- Inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV
- Plasma concentrations measured in adult patients
Dosage & Administration
- Instill one drop in the affected eye(s) 3 times a day for 7 days
- Safety and effectiveness in pediatric and geriatric patients

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or any component
Side Effects
- Frequently reported ocular adverse event: conjunctival redness
- Other reported adverse events: blurred vision, eye pain, eye irritation, eye pruritus, headache

- Do not inject subconjunctivally or introduce into the anterior chamber of the eye
- Prolonged use may result in overgrowth of non-susceptible organisms
