Description
Diobis is indicated for hypertension, angina, and moderate to severe heart failure. It is a beta-blocker medication that lowers blood pressure, reduces the workload on the heart, and prevents chest pain. The pharmacokinetic properties of Bisoprolol provide the prerequisite for a single daily dose. It is administered orally, either alone or in combination with other medications. Diobis should be kept in a dry place away from light and heat, out of the reach of children.

Dosage & Administration
- Starting dose: 5 mg once daily
- Usual maintenance dose: 10 mg to 20 mg once daily
- Dosing should be individualized

- No need for dose adjustment in the elderly
Interaction
- Avoid combining with other β-blocking agents
- Closely monitor patients on catecholamine-depleting drugs

Contraindications
- Cardiogenic shock
