Indications

  • Allergic rhino conjunctivitis (seasonal and perennial)
  • Urticaria
  • Symptomatic relief of hay fever
  • Relief of symptoms such as sneezing, itchy, runny, blocked nose, red and watery eyes

Dosage & Administration

  • Adults & adolescents: 20 mg tablet once daily
  • Swallow with water on an empty stomach
  • Children 6 to 11 years: 10 mg mouth dissolving tablet
  • Children 2 to 11 years: 4 ml once daily

Interaction

  • Increased concentration with ketoconazole, erythromycin, cyclosporine, or diltiazem
  • No significant impact on safety profile with concomitant medications

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients
