Dosage

• Recommended dosage of 60 mg once daily without food for renal and hepatocellular carcinoma
• Special precautions for pediatric use
• Dosage adjustment for patients with hepatic impairment or taking CYP450 inhibitors or inducers

Interaction

• Avoid coadministration with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
• Dosage adjustment with strong CYP3A4 inducers
• Avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice
• Avoid St. John's Wort
