Indications
- Treatment of hypertension

Pharmacology
- Fixed dose combination of Telmisartan and Amiodipine
- Angiotensin II antagonist
- Calcium-channel blocker
Dosage & Administration
- Usual starting dose of 40/5 mg once daily
- Maximum recommended dose of 80/10 mg once daily
Interaction
- No clinically significant interaction with acetaminophen, glyburide, simvastatin, warfarin, or ibuprofen
- Safe co-administration with various drugs

- Hypersensitivity to the product
- Pregnancy & lactation
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Hypotension

Overdose Effects
- Manifestations of overdosage with telmisartan tablets include hypotension, dizziness, and tachycardia
- Overdosage of Amiodipine might cause excessive peripheral vasodilation with marked hypotension and reflex tachycardia
