Indications

Composition
- Each soft gelatin capsule contains Omega-3-Acid Ethyl Esters BP 1000 mg
- Includes Eicosapentaenoic Acid BP 80 mg and Docosahexaenoic Acid BP 120 mg
Pharmacology
- Reduces triglyceride production by the liver
- Inhibits acyl-CoA: 1,2-diacylglycerol acyltransferase
- Increases fatty acid metabolism
Dosage & Administration

- Dosage for previously myocardial infarction patients

Interaction
- Can be given in conjunction with warfarin
- Prothrombin time must be monitored
