Interaction

Chelates with tetracycline
Interference with tetracycline antibiotics absorption
Occasional gastrointestinal discomfort may be minimized by taking with meals
Impaired iron absorption with penicillamine and antacid
Risk of zinc accumulation in renal failure patients

Contraindications

Haemolytic anaemia
Increased hypersensitivity to any components
