Composition

• 3.5 gm Psyllium husk per spoonful
• Forms a thick gel when mixed with water

Description

• Mild laxative
• Contains 80% soluble fiber
• Main chemical ingredient is mucilage

Dosage

• Usual dose: 1 spoonful 1-3 times daily

• Usual dose for children 6 to 12 years: ½ to 1 spoonful with water depending on age and size, in the morning and at bedtime
• Not recommended for children below 6 years
• Take with an additional glass of water
