Composition

- Forms thick gel when mixed with water
Description
- Mild laxative
- Contains 80% soluble fibre
- Main chemical ingredient: mucilage

Dosage
- Usual dose: 1-3 spoonfuls daily
- Adults: 1-2 spoonfuls 2 times daily
- Children 6-12 years: 1/2 to 1 spoonful daily
- Additional glass of water recommended after intake
Administration
- Take one spoonful with the provided spoon
- Put the husk into an empty glass
- Add 150 ml of water, stir & drink immediately
