Dosage and administration

Interaction
- Increased absorption with Metoclopramide and Magnesium hydroxide
- Decreased absorption with Aluminium hydroxide
- Risks of bleeding with anticoagulants and other NSAIDs
- Decreased antihypertensive response to loop diuretics and ACE Inhibitors
- Increased plasma concentration of Lithium, Methotrexate, and cardiac glycosides
- Increased risk of nephrotoxicity with ACE inhibitors, Ciclosporin, Tacrolimus, or diuretics
Contraindications
- Active gastrointestinal bleeding or ulceration
- Severe heart failure
- History of gastrointestinal bleeding or haemorrhage related to previous NSAID therapy
- History of gastrointestinal perforation related to previous NSAID therapy

Pregnancy and lactation
