Pharmacology

Contraindications
- Hypercalcaemia
- Hyperparathyroidism
- Hypercalciuria
- Nephrolithiasis
- Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
- Concomitant digoxin therapy
- Cautious use in patients with sarcoidosis, renal or cardiac disease, and those receiving cardiac glycosides
