Description

Gavilac M (Mint) 500 Suspension is a combination of two antacids and an alginate. It is used to treat gastric reflux, heartburn, indigestion, and flatulence associated with gastric reflux.

Pharmacology

  • Combination of antacids and alginate
  • Neutralizes excess stomach acid

Dosage and administration

  • Adult and children over 12 years: 10-20 mL after meals and at bedtime, up to four times a day
  • Children 6 to 12 years: 5-10 mL after meals and at bedtime, up to four times a day
  • Recommended chewable tablet dose for adults and children over 12 years

Interaction

Consider 2-hour time interval with other medicinal products

Hypersensitivity to active ingredients or excipients
