Indications
- Used before surgery to treat moderate to severe symptoms of uterine fibroids
- Used in adult women who have not yet reached menopause
Pharmacology
- Selective progesterone receptor modulator
- Blocks progesterone receptor
- Reduces the size of fibroids
- Reduces symptoms caused by fibroids
Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose of one tablet (5 mg) a day for up to three months
- Treatment should be started during the first week of the menstrual cycle
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Genital bleeding of unknown etiology
- Uterine, cervical, ovarian or breast cancer

- Headache
- Uterine hemorrhage
