Dosage & Administration
- One to two 500 mg capsules daily
- To be taken with main meals

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to Calcium Dobesilate
- Severe renal insufficiency requiring dialysis
- Possible risk of agranulocytosis
- Patient must inform physician in case of infection
Side Effects
- Gastrointestinal disorders including nausea and diarrhea
- Skin reactions
- Fever
- Articular pain
- Rare cases of agranulocytosis
- Reactions generally reversible after treatment withdrawal
Pregnancy & Lactation
- No studies in pregnant women or animals
- Administer only if therapeutic benefit outweighs potential risk to fetus
- Low quantity in maternal milk
- Treatment or breastfeeding to be stopped as a precaution
Precautions & Warnings
- Dosage reduction in severe renal insufficiency
- Possible decrease in white blood cell count
