• Esomeprazole MUPS 20 Tablet

Dosage

• Adult (≥18 years): 40 mg once daily for 4 weeks for erosive esophagitis
• Adult (≥18 years): 20 mg once daily for maintenance of healing of erosive esophagitis

• Tablets should be swallowed whole
• Can be dispersed in non-carbonated water if needed

Pharmacology

• Inhibits gastric acid production by blocking the proton pump in gastric parietal cells
