Indications

Composition
- 0.5% w/v Chlorhexidine Gluconate
- 70% v/v Isopropyl Alcohol
Pharmacology
Bactericidal effect through positively charged chlorhexidine cation binding to negatively charged bacterial cell walls
Dosage & Administration
- Use 3 ml to disinfect clean hands and contaminated materials
- Use 5 ml to disinfect surgical instruments by immersing for 2 minutes
- Use 3 ml to disinfect skin prior to surgery
- Use 3 ml to disinfect wound or wound dressing
Interaction
Incompatible with soaps and other anionic agents

Hypersensitivity to Chlorhexidine Gluconate or any composition
