Pharmacology

Dosage

  • Maximum Dose: 300 mg/day for DPN
  • Maximum Dose: 300 mg/day for PHN
  • Maximum Dose: 450 mg/day for Fibromyalgia
  • Maximum Dose: 600 mg/day for Spinal Cord Injury

Administration

  • Oral Route
  • Can be taken with or without food
  • Pregabalin CR Tablet administered after an evening meal
  • Gradual tapering when discontinuing

Drug Interaction

  • Unlikely to cause significant pharmacokinetic interactions with other medications

  • Hypersensitivity to Pregabalin or its components
