Description
Xil-CR 82.5 mg Tablet is indicated for various conditions such as neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, fibromyalgia, and as adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 1 month of age and older.
Dosage Range
50 mg to 660 mg daily depending on the condition being treated
Pharmacology
Pregabalin binds with high affinity to the alpha2-delta site in central nervous system tissues, which is involved in its anti-nociceptive and antiseizure effects.
Route of Administration
Oral route, can be taken with or without food
