Indications
- Symptomatic treatment of allergic rhino conjunctivitis
- Symptomatic treatment of urticaria
- Relieves symptoms of hay fever
Pharmacology
- Potent histamine antagonist
- Non-sedating
- High affinity to H1 receptor

Dosage & Administration
- 20 mg tablet once daily for adults & adolescents
- 10 mg mouth dissolving tablet for children (6 to 11 years)
- 4 ml once daily for children (2 to 11 years)
Interaction
- Concomitant use with ketoconazole, erythromycin, cyclosporine, or diltiazem increases concentration
- No effect on safety profile of drugs
- Similar psychomotor performance with alcohol intake
- No potentiation of CNS effects with lorazepam

- Hypersensitivity to active substance or excipients
