Indications
- Skin and soft tissue infections

Pharmacology
- Active against Gram-positive organisms
- Resistance to hydrolysis by penicillinase
- Bactericidal antibiotic
- Inhibition of cell wall formation
- Gastric acid stability
Dosage
- Adult dosage: 250 mg four times daily
- Children (2-10 years) dosage: 1/2 of adult dose
- Intramuscular Injection: 250 mg four times daily
Administration
Oral doses should be administered 1 hour before meal
Interaction
Concurrent use may result in increased level of Floxabac in blood for prolonged period
Contraindications
Contraindicated in penicillin hypersensitive patients
